iPod Case that deals with earphones / headphones?

Looking for a little help from my fellow bloggers and fans of the iPod.

Does anyone out there know of an iPod Case that also will hold your earphones, earbuds, headphones, etc. along with the body of the iPod?

I have friend who's real anal about having things organized and orderly, and it's driving her nuts that you can store the iPod in a case, but the earphones always have to dangle outside somewhere, getting tangled and twisted.

Any leads would be appreciated.
